I always put the condenser between the 2 nuts.
I like to have the first nut hold the bolt in place and make solid contact with the points spring. Then the wire to the coil, followed by the condenser, washer, lock washer and second nut.

The round insulator should fit in the round depression.
Here's a picture of a NOS Bosch 010 so you can see the condenser is between the 2 nuts.

Your diagram looks ok. I like to put a little rubber donut on the through bolt where it passes through the distributor body to help insulate it. The bakeolite insulator on the outside of the distributor body is usually a larger outer diameter than the ones you are showing. From outside of distributor body:
rubber donut
bakeolite insulator
washer
nut 7mm od
condenser wire
washer
coil lead wire
washer
2nd nut _________________ Roads Scholar &

I'm not Glenn, but can answer your question. Semi gloss black or satin engine paint. A primer was not used. _________________ Roads Scholar &

Hi tasb , how are you ?
you're right, here what I finally understood :
from the body , you have :
- part 32 insulator rings x 2 small ( who go in the hole of the body to protect the screw from the body )
- part 33 x 1 BIG one insulator ring who go against the body
- part 34 x 2 small metal washer who take the condensor in sandwich to make contact with the screw
- part 35 x 2 groover washer with a nut between
- etc ...... |
