On closer inspection, looks like someone is taking up residence on the doorway.. My 2 cents would be don't buy a bus from downtown Philly,,, the roads are from 1776  and must really wear out a Vdub.

It appears to be. Google Street View shows the same building at the address in the complaint. Amazing what you can find on the internet and how fast it can be found.

Yes, it can suck to be poor at times but I recently bought a goodly # of Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners for the local food bank so at least those families are set.
