Hi Square_back

there are a lot of differences....
they call the 55 and earlier oval windows the "real ovals" en the 56-57 ovals the "new ovals".
i can't sum up all the differences because it would be a huge list Very Happy
a few examples:

heater channels grills
rear apron
shifter
pressings in chassis
pressing underside b-style
parts from engine
ribbed door vs new doors
engine decklid V-bracket
and so on.....

just a few things that came up in my mind Smile

Also, remember that changes were phased in at different times for different markets. Correct me if I am wrong but I believe all European destination ovals had semaphores for example.

Great info, 54 oval I believe was heart and egg tail lights, correct?
