Check the performance forum for info on Type 4 and Turbos if you need technical info or build info. If you are looking to buy magazines, then I suppose put a WTB add in.

You are looking at two totally different engine types. One is a torque monster, the other is a high rever. What are you looking for in a power band?

This is interesting. Which is which? I guess the type 4 is the most torquey engine? How hard is the swap, does one have to cut the body?

I know the cooling needs to be modified, but what else?

Both take a lot of ingenuity to get to fit into a bug, plus the owner should know how to do it do when it is time to work on them, even change plugs, there are no issues..... Yea, major pretzel engines both can be unless some serious coin is spent.... RB
