Hey Guys, a little up on that thread.

I am spending the christmas vacation back in South France with family and friends, and my long time VW friend is now the owner of that lowlight.

We met together today, so here are some pictures of the car:
Cosmics have been swapped by some original fuchs, and raised up by few centimeters. Other than that everything looks the same, engine, inside and outside.

I will post some additional pics during the next few weeks since we are supposed to take some little rides with our respectives karmann.

Enjoy:

I am glad this thread is up again. I have been considering Cosmics for my LowLight and your pictures really gave me a good idea what it would look like. Just change the color to Dolphin Blue and they would be the same Cool
So what are you working on now?

grailoc, what size are the rear rims and tires? I'm thinking about putting Fuchs on my lowlight.

I'm so happy to see an update, it has been a very very long time since I have heard about this old girl! Does Gerald still own it by chance? I hope he (or whoever owns it) is enjoying it as much as I did. Thanks for posting!
