On a rear stock height beetle with 205/70s. What size spacer will I need? I'll be using a CB disk kit but I don't know if this changes the track.

dont have pics but 1/4" spacers woudl work great I have a set of 6's on my car and 1/4" spacers and no more rubbing

25mm will work for the "right" look.
I would also choose an adaptor with the centering lip on it (hubcentric)...
