I got from Ralph pop out
all was great, great communication fast shipping, after almost a year i wanted to buy from him some other things, bumping at him again remind me that at the pop out deal the threaded plates were missing, i told him regarding the issue and due to time i forgot to update him as i got the pop out, after i update him he sort it with me at the second purchase at a very fair and honest way.
in addition to that not to mention that he is a very nice guy and honest.
im very happy bumping at him again and hope to buy from him again.
buy with confident !!!!

Ralph is an honest seller. I ordered about four items from Ralph. One of the items, a set of Red Breezies were incorrect. They were both for the same side of the car and I could not install them. I contacted Ralph and he immediately emailed me back. Even though I asked Ralph for only a partial refund he refunded the total amount of the item. This was very unexpected because Ralph had included a free foot rest in the order! ( He said my order was big and it was a freebie!).... This man is a saint! I'll be doing all the buying I can from this him, he goes way above and beyond customer service. He treats you like family!

| Bought some tool kit parts from Ralph and he had great communication, very fast shipping and the parts are as good as advertised. Would not hesitate to buy from Ralph in the future. |

bought a hard shell spare tire carrier for a bay. These things are all cracked even when people say the aren't - this one was not cracked and it arrived without cracks. I am VERY impressed with the excellent product, packaging and attention to detail. This seller is someone from I would buy from again - and again. Great guy. A+++++

Ralph is a man of his word, I bought a part of him and when it arrived it was faulty. He stepped right up and made it right. Can't ask for anymore from a man of his word, he went above and beyond to make it right with me.
