Karmann factory photo - Type 34 cabriolet (M341)?

From what retrowagen had observed the bmw was probably a prototype and therefore that picture was taken prior to the production on the bmw. Which gives us the reason that the type 34 was there after its production was decided to be stopped.. My opinion..
