has anyone in usa bought anything from sam steel in spain lately. last thing I saw was from 2014, just wondering if things are better than some previous problems in 2004. thanks

I've bought from him recently (within the last couple months) without incident. I was happy with the transaction. The postages takes a little while, but on average with any other shipments I get out of the EU.
