Paint-touch up work in LA

Hey LA VW-ers,

Having trouble finding a place in LA which will apply aerosol-based, single-stage paint for a few dings and touch ups on my 1965 Bug. Apparently it's illegal now due to clean air restrictions.

Any trustworthy paint/auto body places you'd recommend?

Local auto paint shops here will fill cans too. If regular aerosol spray paint is allowed in CA, these should be too.

I live in las vegas and i know of a few places that will make you a spray can of what every color you want!!!
