Help needed with gearbox number/year

Hi,

I have a gearbox which is stamped 21024 on one side and 21015 on the other side of the split case. I've tried looking for the year but unable to determine in the technical section ( http://www.thesamba.com/vw/archives/info/bugchassisdating.php ), can anyone help?

The nose cone code is 21091

Does anyone know if they're for a beetle?

If it is with a bulb on the starter side to flll the oil, the nr is on top of the bellhouse where the starter is mounted; when it is a later on, the nr is on the same side of the box but on the front part, I think you just found the part nr .

Unfortunately, I've checked and there is no numbers on the bellhouse or towards the front of the box.

If it is a crashbox the number should be here:
