Saturday March 21st
Held at the NC State Fairgrounds in Raleigh, NC at the exposition Building.
We have moved the date up so we could have a bigger building. Now we can fit everyone in there!
Swap spaces and Show car entries are pre-registration ONLY!
This is a Saturday event with pre-show setup on Friday afternoon evening.
Hours 9-4
Admission $10 (12 & under free)
Show car entry $20(includes one entry)
Used swap $40 (includes one admission) 10x10 space
New vendor $65 (includes one admission)10x 15 space
Toys, shirts, misc $50 (includes one admission) 10x15 space
All vendors will have to fit all their items within their space allowed. If you only reserved one, then you must fit everything within your space. Please make that decision as you pre-register. Vendors will be allowed in on Friday to get their items in, especially if you have a trailer. We will not be able to keep any trailers inside building, due to space constraints. We want to be able to accommodate as many as we can.
FREE SPECTATOR PARKING.
Many other happenings on the Fairgrounds as well that day.

What would you like to see at our indoor show next Spring? We are already looking forward to our newer building, so we can get everyone inside. But we want to hear from you on things we can do throughout the day.
Currently we will have some tech session's with Tim from Everett's aircooled. We would like to showcase others as well or maybe some games and such. We wanna hear from you!
Registration will open soon. Need to tweak the registration process some, to make it easier online. But the PDF file will still be available for those that would rather have it that way.
March 21st is the date and NC State Fairgrounds, Exposition building the place.

We will have top 50 with some special awards(TBA)
Plenty of room for vendors, so start cleaning out and get your spot.

Over the last week, we have been receiving a steady flow of entries. Now with Black Forest Industries as a the main sponsor for this event, they have sent it out to their email list and should increase the number of entries coming in. So we suggest that if you plan to vend or show your car, get your registrations in. Remember, to include your information on what you are selling and the year, model and color of your VW.
If you will be arriving on Saturday morning and can't come for pre-show setup on Friday, please leave that in the notes. If you pre-register, you will get a spot.

We are only 11 days away, but still have space inside, so get your registrations in. If you plan to mail them, please send me a note so I can go ahead and get you in my books. Looks like a full house with parts and some Nice VWs.
We have entries from OH, PA, NC, VA, TN, SC and also CANADA. Be sure to let all your VW Friends know that we still have some room. We may offer space Day of Show, but that will only depend on the registrations coming in this week and the beginning of next week.

Load in times for Friday March 20th 2pm-9pm.
There will be security all day and night. You can come get your swap space ready or bring in your VW as well.
Saturday morning, load in times will start at 7:30-8:45.
Day of show space will be determined by middle of next week, based on registration between now and then.

update on registrations. We have been receiving more registrations for both show and swap. Only have 10 more spaces left for swap meet, so if you want one, go ahead and register online with a credit Card. Show car area, more air then water(hint hint watercooled guys) Going to keep taking registrations until Wed March the 18th at 9pm. Registration for both show and swap will be cut off at that time. Will post Wednesday night about any available spots for anyone that plans to be a day of show entry.
Our new building is 50,000 square feet and we plan to use every bit of it! Already more the halfway there. If you plan to come by parts, you will be coming to the right place as we will have new and used parts vendors with everything you need and more! LOL
For those of you already pre-registered, if it is all possible, please try and come in on our Friday setup times of 2:00-9pm. Otherwise, we NEED you there at 7:30am on Saturday morning, to insure we get you in before we open the front doors. If you don't register and want to try to get in Saturday, you will have to wait, until everyone pre-registered is in. That is if there is any room left.
