German Square Weave Carpet and Headliner

I thought I would start this thread in an attempt to gather help, information and photos.
I'm searching for Original German Square Weave Carpet and headliner samples.
All colors from 1953 to 1957, but they need to be original and not remade or current day remanufactured.
The samples I'm looking for should be good quality and taken from an area of your car where they are not worn or faded.
I'm trying to document what original carpet and headliner would have been installed in Beetles so I can repost accurate photo examples as a point of reference. These will be photographed under color balanced lighting to maintain accuracy and authenticity. It's for a good cause and will ultimately help the entire VW community. Swatch donations welcome. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

These are samples from Happich from the late 1950's.
I am not sure what the last pic was used for. It was in the book called "Trikot-Tusche".

Hello John, Sorry for the late replay, I was on a brief holiday.
I very much appreciate your participation in this thread as I know you hold most all verifiable information.

Not being able to read German, I had to do some simple google translation.
Trikot Tuche= Jersey fabrics (which I assume is knitted cloth that stretches)
Halbwoll Tuche= Half-woolen cloth ?
Deckentuche= Ceiling cloth (which I assume is headliner)

I did not know that Happich produced upholstery for VW in the 1950's. Was this the case for all VW models world-wide or specific to Australia only models? Were other manufacturers involved with carpet and upholstery production?

Please help me understand. With exception of your last bottom photo, are all these swatches for headliners only?
Might you have documentation that pairs these swatches with specific models, years and colors?

I've received a few samples on loan and really appreciate those who have participated so far.
These will be ultimately re-shot in the studio under correct, color balanced light for accuracy.
Let's pull our resources and get this project rolling.
