Guys,
Had a good look through the gallery but can't really find much.
Can anyone running a Vair powered buggy post up some pics of the rear end?? I'm having a custom exhaust built for my engine and am looking for a little inspiration!!

I'm currently running supertrapp style mufflers on stock U pipes.
Eventually I will install the supertrapps on headers, but as you can see they stick out farther.

Bin,
Many thanks for that. Does anyone have some good, detailed pics of the buggy exhaust systems for a corvair engine?
Oh, and Don't Bug Me, I already tried Google. Didn't show me exactly what I needed hence my ask. Thanks for your useful response nonetheless........ |

Clarke's Corvair as far as I know, still has some buggy headers listed for sale and they pop up on eBay every now and them. Just search Corvair headers.
Most Vair buggy headers I've seen are dual, 3 into 1 and not equal length as in the orange buggy.
The yellow is a mid-engined car that I ran 3-1 Cyclone headers into a Porsche 911 can type muffler. _________________ Boston Bob E.

Clarkes doesn't sell the headers anymore, even though they are still listed in the catalog. I found my set on CL; they do show once in a while on eBay for bigger bucks. |

Dave, thanks.
Mikes gonna be making them. Hopefully taking my spare engine down to him tomorrow for him to use it to build off. |
