I am not sure how many of you aware of this but I was surprised when I saw this model at SEMA last November. Apparently Mercedes will start importing them this year.
I am pretty sure that this is the same one that they have in Europe with a pop top version.
The van market has totally changed in the last year or so and this is all really exciting.

For me, it would come down to it's price and, dare I say, 'coolness' factor of my VW.
I don't think either would fit the bill with a replacement like this. |

This thread refers to the Sprinter. I am talking about the Metris which has not been sold yet in the USA.
It seems to me like one of the most viable option in term of size and price to replace the Westfalia. The typical minivan is too small and the Sprinter is much larger. |
