Yep. It was near Goldendale, had both bumpers. Ad went pending very quickly.

Spent about a week doing my spring cleaning on this old thing.Been several years now since. I brought it back to life and it was getting a bit tatty so I did some scrubbing with rust converter on the roof, lots of hand polishing and paste waxing. Looks pretty good

Hello.. I have an early 1962 bus and in the M-code plate where it should have the paint colors it says SK 692 and in my bus book, there is a 693 color shown, but not a 692 color and it says that SK stands for "Special Color". It is definitely not a Mango, but I do not know what it is and am hoping some of you can tell me more about this bus. I am thinking it is a PG/SG bus,but made for the 1962 model year.
It has the remains of a full interior in it except for the seats and rubber mats. There is some sort of press board covering above the engine bay that matches the rear corner interior pieces and is secured with screws and washers like the door panels are secured with.
Thank You.

actually, this may be the first SK692 bus known. There are a few SK692A buses (light green over dark green), and a couple SK699A (dark green over light green) but I have never seen a fried egg bus with factory coded dark green over light green paint.
the 699a buses were 1959's, and the 692a buses are all 1961's _________________ drive your split. |

I will clean this bus up and post better pictures as soon as possible.. Here is what I have for now..
Thank You all.. I am no bus expert by any means, and knew something was weird about these colors and the interior in the back..Most 11 windows I have found have no interior in the back.. I do have a friend with a cool '66 11 window with a full interior, but it is Blue/White. _________________ Current projects:
