Anyone seen the toolbox liners called ToolLodge? http://www.toollodge.com/ They allow you to press fit your tools into the foam type sheet and creates a permanent indentation. I came across them for organizing my new US General toolbox drawers but saw the price. $56 for an 18x22" sheet! Then it hit me... this stuff is just floral foam covered in fabric.
