Request for a "Free" classifieds category

I have given away many VW parts through various channels: VW aircooled swapmeets, Craigslist, etc. There are many
well-used VW parts that may not justify a significant asking price, but nevertheless may be wanted by some if they only have
to pay the cost of shipping. Some of us feel the need to get our extra VW parts into the hands of those who can truly use them,
but have little need or interest in making a profit. Sometimes people "inherit" VW parts which they know nothing about, are not able
to compose a meaningful description for, and have no interest in, but are aware that it would be Good Karma for those parts to find their
way to actual VW people rather than the nearest dumpster. A "Free" category would be a logical and effective place for the parts in all those
situations. It would be understood (or explicitly stated) that parts requestors may be asked to pay for shipping, and that liability of the offering
party will be limited to the price paid for the items (i.e. $0.00).
