i can deal with scammers myself without asking claude's advice. 
if you read the description it's not a decent drivable bus and has been standing for 30 years!
i emailed him asking where i should send him the money via western union and he sent me a bunch of pics off what would seem to be 2 different vehicles and the cell phone number which does check out as denver, not that i'd call it...........
but €25k delivered does seem more than a little on the low side.
usually scammers have grabbed photos from some legitimate advert on the web and that's what i'd like confirmation of.

Some words in this ad are not translated properly, member on bugbusnet since friday .
I would be careful and collect as much info about the "seller"as possible.

well done on finding that. i'd searched a bit but obviously not as efficiently as you.
he sent me some B/W snaps of previous owners and kids etc ( says in ad one lady owner!) and interior pics which have obviously been stolen from the web as well and probably of the same looking but a different bus.
there's one of a chassis number 247119271 if that's maybe traceable......... |

Yikes! Yes, that was my bus. Sold it in 2011. Bus is in a private collection in LA. Those pics were taken in rural missouri several years ago.

thanks for your input. 
this alexander cat is really determined, his last email to me today says:
"ich verstehe nicht warum sie nicht mit mir deutsch reden ich bin deutscher und ich versuche hier keinen zu betrugen"
translates as :" i don't understand why you don't speak german with me i am a german and am not trying to defraud anyone"
like i mentioned, he's also sent me a whole bunch of pics of a same colour but different 21 window bus including a photo of a 1967 chassis number. |

nope, only the chassis number pic.
the other photos were all of a 21 window the same colour as KWZ's. |
