Have you heard from Lanner lately? I've had a set with him that is three months overdue and he has stopped replying to my emails.

I havent had an email from him in a while...but I did talk to him a week after I sent these out to verify he did receive them. At that point he said he had been out of town. He also said he moved and gave me a new address to send the parts to.
Ill try and email him and see what happens.

Well, it appears Lanner is out of business, or at least the brake business. Does anyone know of any other shops that convert 944 brakes to a beetle spindle?

Russell at Old Speed should be able to help you.
Not much on his site as to what he's able to do or kits or anything like that (not really sure why), just contact info, but I think he does just about any brake kit you can think of.

picked up some used wheels for the bug. Glad they fit the offset of the 944 trailing arms perfect. Applause Dancing

managed to get the trans mounts made, engine set in and header and turbo mocked up. I used the CB performance mid engine turbo header. the tubes were far from equal length, so first I tried to get them closer. Once I did that and tried to mock it up in the vehilce, I found needed to shorten one cyl a bit to clear the intake pipe to the turbo.

well, another change. found the Saco rack was just too bulky to fit on a full bodied car. Picked up this rack from a VW Derby / Polo and modified some swaybar mounts for rack mounts.
