Hi everyone,

I am still battling with my exhaust conundrum...

Jacek's exhaust is great, but as it is designed for bugs, it needs modification straight off of the bat. He is prepared to build me an exhaust sans tailpipe, but this could take months and to be honest, isn't ideal.

I am prepared to deviate from stock, in this regard, and fancy the stainless steel Vintage Speed exhaust. I have a stack of emails between Dan (UK supplier) and myself, but we are no closer to an answers...

1. Does it fit period-correct heater boxes?

2. Will it fit my '54 Kombi without any mods whatsoever? Dan is concerned that I may need to push my valance out somewhat. I am not prepared to do this.

3. Will the tailpipe clear the barney bumper?

If any of you have run the VS exhaust on a barney bus, please help me out with some feedback, ASAP.

Thank you.
