Got a pair of BD axles (I think) in a deal with a brush buggy, and thought they should go to a bus guy. What value might they have? They are complete to drums.

At first glance I thought they were big nut axles 
On closer inspection these things look pretty old!
On this picture you can see similar reduction gearbox housings (above the brake drum)
On this picture you can see a similar axle tube clamp (on the left)
You might want to start a topic in the early beetle/kübelwagen section of thesamba, there is some great knowledge on this stuff over there!
