How come I can not locate this "page" under the "Archives" drop down in menu bar?...

Is it me or is it missing from menu?

It's in the Technical section but not a menu item.

Click on Technical.
It's on that page, the first entry under "Miscellaneous" called
Engine Letter Codes - replacement and exchange
