Ray,

if there is not enough brake pedal pressure will your Brake lights work? The 2 switches on the master are pressure switches?

This can happen easily. If you have air in the system the brake pressure switches can not operate. Also, if the system has sat with air in it and air in the switches for a long time, you can get corrosion in the switches that cause problems.

A quick test for this is to make a short jumper wire with a male connector on each. Pull the plug from each pressure switch and jumper between two terminals...cant remember off hand which two of the three but it should be pretty obvious from where they lead. Turn the key on and check too see if teh brake lights will light up.

This will tell you that you have power and your circuits are correct and whether its the switch or not. Ray
