Horn boot intallation

Having hard time installing my new horn boot. Lubed it up with dish soap, but it still won't slip on. Openings seem really small compared to horn diameter. Last one I did, three years ago, seemed lots easier. What are the tricks to get these on?

Hot water worked for me. Soak a few mins, stretch. Put horns in from big hole and walk the seal around. Mount loosely, fit front opening and then tighten down. This is just from feeble memory... Embarassed

I unbolted the horns and popped them in from the inside of the boot then remounted the horns. Did not take long at all.
