I have this nice 1961 T1 chassis with almostno rust, only minor on the surface. But have this dimps on each side, probably after the po lifting it with straps..
What do you suggest I do, trying to pull them out, or weld in new piece from donor car?

Like that on both sides? Hopefully in about the same spot.
While it does not look that bad, I say B: Weld in from donor. If you already have a welder and know how to use it.
It will be quicker than pulling/bumping/filing/filling/sanding _________________ Everything known to man has been written.

Thanks mate, no, not that severe on the other side, but same spot. Probably going to weld in new metal, need alot of force to get it out, and can't easely get access from the back side. Probably have to unfold the rail on the new piece, and weld it in two section...

You could even weld on a whole different roof section/clip that was cut off at the A,B & C window pillars, but that is probably not necessary in your situation. _________________ https://imgur.com/user/FisherSquareback/posts
