SEVWA's Summer Fun in the Mountains #4 June 14th
All VW Show, swap meet and Drag Racing
Held at Cherokee Dragway in Rogersville, TN
3 Bracket classes plus Test and Tune
Show Car Classes for all Models
Vendor row with New and used parts vendors
$35 used part space
$10 show car entry fee
$15 admission (12 & under Free)
Top 20 with special awards

3 days away!
Weather is looking good for Sunday with only a 25% chance of rain. But it is going to be HOT. so be sure to bring a canopy and a cooler!
Saturday happenings at the track. This is their normal bracket program. Gates open at 2pm time runs start at 4pm. If you would like to get in on their Footbrake class, it is $40. Gate admission is $10 on Pitside and $5 on the far side. They will not be done until around 11pm. You are welcome to come on in the track and find you a place to park. But you may have to pay a gate fee up to 10pm. They have a very good crowd for these bracket races. So there is alot to see.
Remember, we will have FREE camping that evening at the track.

We have some bright vw show signs out at the road. So you can see where to turn. If you don't see them, then let us know.
If they are laying down, please be so kind and put them back up.

We had a fun but VERY HOT day at Cherokee Dragway in Rogersville, TN. A good turnout of spectators, Quite a few vendors and show cars. The 15 racers that showed up, gave the crowd some great racing action.
We would like to thank all of you for coming, as without you these events are not possible. We plan to be back again next year and with your help, we can make this event bigger and better. If you have any comments on the event please let us know.
