closing on my house today?

When I bought my house 10 years ago the whole process went very smoothly because from the very first day the mortgage company realized I had the money to buy the house. When I sold the old house through the same realtor they had several delays on closing because the buyer was very questionable if they could afford to buy the house.

There were definitely plenty of questions about me and my money. Owning my own drywall business for just a couple of years and recovering from several past mistakes, made it a difficult process for everyone involved. Fortunately I was working with some amazing people that were able to get me a great deal/rate/terms. If anyone local needs a referral on people to work, let me know.
