1964 Vespa 90 (New Project)

Hi, So Me And My Dad Bought A 1964 Vespa 90 A Few Weeks Ago And Its In Decent Shape. We Only Paid $100 For It!! So They Had Taken Out The Motor, And It Is Mostly Complete. It Has No Title, No Keys, And They Said The Motor Is Seized Sad

But After We Got It About A Week Or Two Later We Did Some Stuff To The Motor And It Turns Over!!!! So What Do You Guys Think?

The Vespa 90 is a "rocket," relatively speaking. They are based on the lightweight 50cc platform and were only sold in the U.S. for a couple of years (1964-65 I believe).

My parents bought one for my brother in 1969 and I think my other brother still has it. It had the padded passenger seat and a folding chrome rack in back, but no spare tire mount.
