Any idea what r the exact measurements of pillows in cm ? Working on upholstery now and need the exact measures

The pillows in my '50, which are likely original, are 6.5 to 7 inches in diameter (16.5 to 17.8 cm) - they are squishy and not perfectly round in cross section. They are 14 inches (35.6 cm) long.
