Petri Horn Ring Questions

Hi there,

i have two Petri horn rings here in my garage.
The problem is that i don´t know how to assemble them.
Every part i have you can see on the photo. On one insert there is a missing part. But how it looks? Is there a repro on the market?
Is there anyone who have photos or a drawing of the assemble work? I think it needs more springs..? I can´t find anything details here on the samba.

This will help. But i didn´t understand the "wipping" function of the horn ring.
The hornbutton is only for decoration and have no function. But i thought the horn ring must have springs? Hmm... who knows....
