Switching 5x205 to 5x130 - Disc Brakes F&R

Currently running 5x205 with smoothies/white walls with a front disc brake kit from CB and the rear kit from ACI. Considering switching to a 5x130 setup to be able to run Fuchs. Am I able to just swap the rotors? Or does something else need to change with mounting hardware as well?

Looks like EMPI kits?

I bought a rear kit & it leaked shortly after install.
Suggest disassembly, honing, re-assembly prior to running.
