A -- For hanging a clothes rod (used to be a popular after-market accessory for hanging your shirts on hangers). There would have been a corresponding knob on the other side of the vehicle.
B -- Correct - some years of Vanagons (my 84 for example) had those buttons/pegs/knobs for the elasticized curtain for the slider. The curtain has a white plastic ring on each corner to pop over those knobs. Not sure what became of B4, i.e. you should have one more at the lower rear corner.
C -- Yes, snaps for the front curtain. Should also be a simplar pair on the driver's B pillar.
D -- Yep, as I recall that is how my rather fragile plastic valence is attached.
E, F & G -- No idea. I have often wondered what purpose those white plastic plugs might serve. Possibly they and those extra holes had some use on tin-tops. |

Hi! I use C1 and C2 for my front and side window curtains. After use I store them in the back. _________________ 1990 Syncro Westy with stump pulling 2576cc Subaru

Ooh, looks like fun. I'll try w few:
A - that's for hanging your dry cleaning
B - that looks suspisciously like anchors for the mystery curtain that was mentioned in a thread the other day
C - that's easy, for the front window curtain
D- F hmmm...
P.s. I think you intended to say B & C pillars? _________________ - Jim

a handy for stringing a bungee and material if no front [edit] curtain. Don't know of OEM application(s).
Coat hook? I've used it for that.
b curtain mounts for old style curtain.
c front curtain snaps
F1/2 are seat belt bolt type holes. Not sure of OEM application(s) but I've used them for securing things. GW or van-cafe sells eyelet bolts that will thread right in.
