Build threads in Tech forums and readers rides?

If I'm mistaken fell free to correct me. The tech forum of any VW type should be for tech questions. If you are posting a build thread should it be in readers rides. If you want to search a shift coupler for example, You will sift through everyone's build thread and not specific how to's. Builds being spread out in tech forums and not all in reader's rides forums seems silly. Can we report them to get them moved? How do you feel Everett?

I use Google to search. If you use the site:thesamba.com parameter, it restricts the search to thesamba.com . Google allows logical expressions like "and" and "or"


site:thesamba.com "shift coupler" -rebuild + replace

Build threads / Personal car threads:
We allow people to post in either area.
A lot of times people are asking technical questions so it makes sense to have it in the Technical area.

For your search example, it would be better to do a "title only" search to find that information.
