Asking more advice from the experts. Body done.. getting ready to prep the chassis for the body installation. I have the stuff you see in the picture... some tar paper, good precut tar board from Wolfsburg, and the manufactured mat that covers the tunnel. Should I even use the tar paper? Do I just slather the tar boards and glue them down? Anything missing? Any advice? Thanks... Jeff

On my Son's 63, it came with the tar boards on the floor, they are oreo cookie style with tar on the outsides and styrofoam on the inside. They were glued to the floorpan, looked like a black tar type adhesive, on the high spots of the metal pressings. Just rubber mats on my 57, no tar boards on the floor. But you probably already know that.
