Back when I decided to go stock, this car was available and was up to that point the cleanest original notch Id seen. I put in an offer to buy only to be told the sale was pending by Lars Neuffer. Turned out T3D got to it before me. But as fate would have it Lars told he would be looking at an older sunroof the net week. I never in a million years thought another car as clean as this 65 would pop up, so I didnt hold much in this other he knew about. Boy was I wrong! And the rest is well history, or atleast sitting in my garage in the form of a 63 sunroof So the old 65 is back up I see and still looking good. Seems the lads at T3D have taken care of it. _________________

Hi, the notch mentioned above is currently mine and I love it dearly. I have owned it for about a year to 18 months and before that a friend of mine had it for about a year. Its not actually been in T3D's possesion for a long while now but it is still in absolutely stunning condition.
I had always dreamed of owning a notch this special and never thought I would sell it but due to the condition its in Im too scared to drive it and its not fair for a car like this to be stuck in my garage (also I hate putting tents up and a nice splittie solves this problem)
Thanks for all the nice comments about the car, I have had loads of enquiries about the notch and I'm sure it will be going to a good home soon.

Vdubjim, you do have a nice notch but the one that is mentioned here is nicer than yours. Just my opinion...... _________________ '68 Lotus White T34 automatic sunroof

Doesn't suprise me. Puppies owned it twice and so its fair enough that both times he sold it he made a bit of money. At the end of the day hes running a business.
Its nice to hear a bit of history about the car. Before i bought it I had a 61 bug, with 3 owners from new, who were all local to me, it had everything including the original log book, so was a bit of a wrench to buy a car that didn't have anything with it at all.
The USA exchange rate is a bit nasty at the moment, we are flexible with the price and if the right bus came along and the deal was good we'd consider it.
And trust me, it is going to break my heart to let this notch go, if i won the lottery i'd keep it!!
If anyone knows any more history behind my notch, or even has any paperwork or anything i may be interested in, i'd be really grateful. |

So are we, but noones even come and looked at it, which is more disappointing. If someone did they've buy it straight away.
We really need to get £5700 although the reserve is actually set much lower than that as it needs to sell. We've paid the deposit on a bus and so need to sell this to pay the balance. Would consider knocking a bit off if willing to take it without MOT, ebay auction details what it failed on last year.
