I got stuck in Eugene, Or on Christmas Eve a year and a half ago - needed a push rod for a 1600 so. I called 20 names on the list, got very few answers, left a dozen messages, and never received a single follow up. I think that list is dead.

i can't speak much for the entire list except to say in eugene, at least on the rare occasion when i'm not away on holidays, i answer calls and offer parts at all hours to all drivers. on the not bright side, there are now conditions when i'll be more careful about lending expensive tools to desperate losers. otherwise, i remain at the top of the list and hope others use and perhaps appreciate the hospitality in the emerald valley.

I am 10 miles north of Eugene & I have yet to ever receive a text or an email for help. I even have a truck & tow dolly to tow you somewhere. Twisted Evil

I guess that if folks need help, they hope that someone will answer a phone call rather than waiting around to see if they get a response to a email message. I know I would. Cool

I am legally deaf from a motorcycle accident & can't use the telephone! I have to use text or email. Maybe that is why campingbox never contacted me?

There has been recent development on the type.com site. So far this has not included the AIRS list, but that may be coming.
