I have a cargo tray which right side has a large rusted hole. I looked through the forms for some ideas but could not find to much about the detail of the replacement just maybe a trap door. First time retiring for everyday driver. Thanks

Use a wire wheel on your drill/angle grinder to clean all the rust/paint back to solid metal. Buy some used VW metal or new 20 gauge steel to form patches with. If you don't weld take your ground down & fitted patches to the local Muffler Shop etc to have them welded in. Phosphoric Acid & Master Series silver & black will be the last step.
