We're tearing down our seats and removing the headrest bit for low backs.
We've got em cleaned up, primed and a couple top coats on them but we used gloss black.
My brother thinks they look fine, I think they look to shiny. Anyone know what was originally on the frames? I'm guessing semi-gloss. |

Unfortunately I can't find a source for the finish, WW only has colors but doesn't mention if it is glossy or semi-gloss. |

For the black frames I have used Rust-Olium Satin Black. The Simi gloss black is good too but it`s a bit more shiny. |

Depends what year seat frame you restoring but the L43 Grey Black paint that WBW sells matches the black used in my '74 Super. |
