I kept this folding camp stool in the frunk and used it when I had my Bug. Doesn't work well for the Type 4, though...

Stool and a creeper. No point in rolling around on the ground when you don't have to.

I have lots of those sliders too!!! I have a old friend (shelby john ) he would but a new creeper(I think we bought it for his bday) and he would take the wheels off befor ever using it. he liked sliders better. and years lator i realized I do to most of the time.no hair in the wheels, no rollen when you dont want to,it sits lower, easy on&off ,dont get stuck from a tiny spec of fly shit on the wheel or line in the concreate. he is a little odd but he aint stupid. and creepers dont work in the grass.

I prefer dell or other computer boxes over amazon boxes. They last longer.

i have both, but this guy stays in the car filled with tools and spares.
If needed, pull it out from behind the rear seat, everything needed is corralled, and a seat to boot.

First thing I made when I bought my arc welder. Also my first welding project, so my welds were super ugly, but they got the job done.

I'm assuming you owned a Kawasaki at some point in the late 80's or early 90's. Love that color combo.

I was born in '79 so no motorcycles for me until around 2002. While I was grinding and welding that angle steel I just had that bright green color in mind for no apparent reason. Just seemed like the right color to paint a little work stool. And nothing complements electric green like a deep blue, so my upholstery was also predetermined.

Hard to beat $17.50 here in the states at good ole HF. I've always wanted to buy one but I've always wanted to build one also. Just need one more caster wheel.

I do like some of harbor freights' stuff. But there ain't no plastic on my stool. Angle steel with caster wheels welded on- this little guy isn't gonna fall apart any time soon.
