This will be at Eureka Springs Harley-Davidson in the Village parking lot a short trolley ride for the big VW show at the Best Western Inn of the Ozarks

This is non competitive show with trophies. We welcome daily drivers, rats, water cooled, and overall misfits, as well as show cars.

It is our goal to bring in, or bring back, several owners to the wonderful town of Eureka Springs Arkansas! http://www.eurekasprings.com/

$20.00 entry fee includes event tee shirt and a lot more that will be mentioned as we get closer to go time.
Cars will not be gridlocked in. You are free to come & go as you please with your Volkswagen throughout the day. See the sites, go shopping, or leave it safely parked and enjoy a trolley ride

Last day for Preregistration is this Wednesday August 12th

Day of there is no guarantee of receiving said amazing goodies or a tee-shirt. So this is an apology ahead of time. This event was put together in less then 60 days, so please understand.

You're $19.00 entry fee after PayPal took their cut went towards purchasing these amazing goody bag items. This was for two reasons.

1) We have no money as a club sitting in a bank account or mattress for an event like this or a catered Christmas Party for that matter.

2) To show the Car Show world what a well managed non profit event can do for the people who make up said event!

Now we would love to make it a nice touchy feely event saying we gave all your money to a local charity and we may do this next year if we receive enough input on that subject. For now we feel you can give how ever you see fit with your own money. Until then this event will use your money to give right back to you in one of a kind event memorabilia.

This event will always welcome input from others in ways to improve as it continues.

With all that said we hope you will enjoy the event and understand its a first time show on many levels. If nothing else let it raise the question with you on why we are so accustom to paying entry fees and getting nothing, or not much in return?

thanks rob, i dont know how far back you go but i remember back in the early 80s when the vintage vw club of america argued from within as to allowing water cooled cars in. I guess they finally gave in but to me a water cooled vw is like a modern thunderbird ford showing up at a model T show. It makes no sense. just my opinion
