You mean your new daily driver for the winter? Or is it going to be a project during the winter months?

hmmm... that is a good idea for a winter driver. i never thought of that before. i suppose it wouldn't matter of all the salt and moisture found it because its already cut up?

The car has been a baja since the late 60's , the freind I bought it from had owned it since 1970 or 71 , and it allready had been baja'd . The car has very little rust , the pans are getting a bit thin , and one of the running board mounts has a small spot in the back and thats it . We don't salt here , but they have started using deicer the last year or two . TROY

I can send you my wool blanket that I used to use in my bus in the winter when I lived in Spokane, Troy! Hope the heat works as well in your bug as mine does, you need it more than I.

My everyday driver / winter car got a transplant today . Pulled out my dual Weber auto cross car engine and put in a single port 1600 . Was supposed to do it months ago , but didn't feel like freezing my ass off .

What can I say , its just a everyday beater car . The salt discs look better than the steel wheels under them , they were on the car when I bought it . TROY
