Radiator - best coolant?

I want to change the radiator fluid on my 1990 Cab but the owner manual doesn't really say much and doesn't really say what is best coolant for it. I did buy some 50/50 fluid that is phosphate free which is mentioned in the owners manual. And do i just remove the bottom hose and flush water through the system until clean? Thank you!!!

you'll also want to remove the thermostat to flush the engine side and also have the heater valve to hot to flush the heater core. for your car thae green or yellow antifreeze will work. it's best to get the full strength stuff and mix with distilled water.
