Hi All,
I am really hoping someone can point me in the direction of an off road tire for my dune buggy. Looking for a fairly aggressive off road tread, but not a huge sidewall. Something like 235/60/R15 for 15" rims. Any ideas? |

B.F Goodrich, Cooper, and Mastercraft are a few makers left in that size. This is one that was recommended to me, note that is an H speed rated tire which might make it a little less flexible in your application, tread would be fairly aggressive though....

Thank you kindly for the reply.
After several hours of research, my plan is to go square (same size) all around. There are ATV/UTV tires that are DOT approved that have the look I am going for. I am running 15" spoke wheels, so they should work fine: http://www.atvtires.com/cgi-atvtires/sb/productsearch.cgi?storeid=atvtires |

The H rating denotes top speed rating, not flexibility.
The tire materials and construction determine flexibility.

I wasn't talking about the flexibility of the tire material as I said "in your application." I meant that was more of a "street tire" than an off road tire. Sorry about that, it was confusing.... |
