A lot of nice stuff here -- but I think the cab need to setting on the front wheels -- -- something just wrong where it is at -- and the headlights will never look right up on those 'poles' -- when it all would look so cool in their stock location --

but please prove me wrong and finish this thing magnificently....

Thank You!

Todays progress. Started making paper templates for the bed sides. Welded in one of the lower rockers for the bed which incorporates the lower radiator mount.

I LIKE that rear piece behind the rear fender! That looks sweat. With the color your going with, I can see "OLD SCHOOL" pinstripping on it! Classic

Installed the radiator today with a fabricated upper brace. Went to the parts store and left with a box of radiator hoses that I thought might work. Only had to bend up a piece of 1 3/4" aluminized exhaust tubing to run from the water pump, under the engine and to the lower radiator hose.

These are the isolators that I used. Both came from Summit Racing

You got Skills Brother. What about getting those headlights down in front of the beam, or do they have to be at a certain height? Keep em coming.
Also, are you going to run front fenders, or did I miss that part?

Thanks! Re: the headlights, the minimum height here is 24" to the center of the bulb. I am going to run these for now, but I also have two pair of very small lights in a black aluminum housing from a motorcycle, that tend to disappear from view until they are turned on, that I will try later. The plan on the fenders is to make a set of quick release units that I can leave in a compartment in the back just for rain.

Finished relocating the seat mounting points (for max. leg room)

Also making good progress on the dash mounted shifter. I am repurposing the radio opening to locate the shifter. By doing so, I avoid cutting up the only nice sheet metal on the truck!
