Bought a beetle and the seller said I should look into the wheels just in case because someone had tried to buy them off of him. I have actually already had two people ask if they could look at them and I for the life of me have no idea what they are. Could anyone perhaps clarify anything about them for me?

There are other versions of the Riviera wheel. Yours happen to be the "desirable" version with the smooth spokes and fat lip.
