Overall my pans are solid, but the passenger rear has multiple small holes 1/8" up to 1/4" or slightly larger. What's a good way of repairing these? Should I enlarge the holes to make sure I get all the rust and have someone fill weld them? Thanks for any help!

Thanks alot, sounds like there are a couple of options that don't involve welding which is great since I don't weld. |

Your pan looks like it is very thin in that section. You might be better off to weld in a better/thicker rectangular section.

Agreed. I bet I could stick a pencil though your pan in 500 more places. Best bet is to cut it out. Or wear boots so when your foot falls through you wont get hurt so bad! |

That's what I ended up deciding on as well. I ordered a new pan from ISP and I'm going to get some help welding it in. I want to feel good about the repair before I cover it back up. |
