Signature, i can't find it!

I searched left and right, and everywhere people says it supposed to be, i can't find it!

where do i add my signature ? Control Panel doesnt seems to have that option, or i'm totally blind.

I re-enabled it in the Admin screen, so you can display a signature.

At some point your signature ability was removed, we usually do that for abuse.
