Sorry for everyone that has not recieved their parts from me that has been purchased in the last 2-3 weeks...I've tried hard to not let my health issues get in the way of it but it has been hard. I would like to apologize to Matze in Germany for not issuing his refund yet...still sorting that out and I know it's been way overdue and I am very embarrassed and sorry for not handling it in a timely manner but no excuses I will sort it out soon and I know I have said that but I will. THANKYOU Matze for not getting too mad at me although I do deserve it. Thanks to everyone for your patience and understanding...PLEASE let me know if you have any concerns via email or PM's Smile

Bought some heater vent covers from Johnny. Great communication and parts were as described. Even with his health issues preventing his normally fast shipping. I would not hesitate to order from again. Thanks Johnny!

Thank you kindly Johnny.

Asked him for a specific, near impossible-to-find, small rubber sunroof drain plugs from a beetle he's parting out. Luckily the car still had them both attached.

He took a couple of photos.. carefully removed these plugs and offered them for a fair price.

I ordered an ignition switch from John and asked him to ship it to my brother's address in Vietnam, total cost is 67USD.
I sent money to him on 2 Mar, 2015
He sent the item on 17 Mar, 2015 (2 weeks later after I sent some emails to remind him, while he confirmed to send the item on 3 March)
The package was stuck at the customs since 23 April and my brother in Vietnam was not authorised to have it because John wrote the wrong name
of the recipient.
Then we went to a solution that he would pay me back the total amount of money because we could not receive the item. I also had to wait until he got the item back from the post office (on 8 June, over 4 months).
However, he refused to pay me back the total amount because he said it was damaged in Vietnam?!?. It means that we have to pay 67 USD and 4 months for what we have never touched.
- The reason that we could not receive the item is that he wrote the wrong name of the recipient, but John tried to say that even though the name was wrong, the address was correct and it was ok???
- He even tried to bend the truth by saying that we gave him the wrong name of the receiver but when we showed the evidence that he was acknowledged the correct one, he has not replied us.
- I even reported Everett Barnes but the case has not been solved.

Vinh....according to the post office the package was received by someone in vietnam undamaged and then sent back and received by the U.S. postal office damaged with the ignition damaged aswell. The address is correct and I have proof which you have aswell in an email and I have a photo's of the damaged box with your correct address the fact that you keep saying I forgot to include an individuals name who has nothing to do with this purchase as you are the one that purchased this item is irrelevant it was shipped to the address you requested with your name (the purchaser) on it. For arguements sake I"ve offered you half as I WILL NOT lose out on something that was in perfect working condition and returned destroyed. But since you continue to pursue that I DID NOT SEND IT TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS and saying the U.S. postal office is lying I will NOT refund you as I beleive 100% that it was received undamaged and returned damaged to me.

**ON ANOTHER NOTE IT WAS SHIPPED ON THE 17TH AND RECEIVED BY YOU ON THE 25TH** ATLEAST THAT'S WHAT I'M READING ON THE CUSTOMS FORM Rolling Eyes

Here's the email with the address YOU asked to send it to -

to me
You got me John. Please send the item to the Vietnamese address:
>>>>>> 8 Cửa Đông, Hoàn Kiếm district, Hà Nội city, Vietnam ( 8 Cua Dong, Hoan Kiem district, Ha Noi city, Vietnam).

Thank you

Quang Vinh Nguyen

HERE'S THE PICTURE OF THE DESTROYED BOX WITH THE CORRECT ADDRESS WITH YOUR NAME !!!! END OF STORY...

Be consistent with what you have said, and BE CLEAR ON THESE:
1) I have never said you sent it to the wrong address, I said it was the wrong name of the recipient
2) WHO said it was received by me? show the evidence
3) I have never said the post office was lying. You are the only one having contacted with the post office.
4) I paid you full and I can ask you to send it to any one else. IT'S NOT YOUR BUSINESS TO QUESTION ME. THE POINT IS YOU WERE AWARE OF THAT.

Prompt communication. Item was carefully packaged and labeled. It arrived in good condition and was exactly as described in his ad. Good to have a US based vendor who will ship to Canada. Thanks Johnny

Got to give a very large thank you to restojohnny. Had an ad up for a firewall section and he cut a nice large and clean section that didn't cut me to ribbons handling it. Price was great and it was packed well.
