My chrome window channel strip is missing the "studs" after re chroming.
These are not the triangle clips that hold the molding but rather the studs that go into the door to hold the weather strip in place

There is a channel in the back that looks like it would hold some nail headed studs.

Help please, this is one of the last steps prior to replacing the top.

No i have both of those.

The one's I need go outside on top of the door and actually helps keep the scraper in place

The clips mentioned above are used to hold both the chrome strip and the rubber scraper in place. They fit into that 'T' slot on the bottom side of the chrome, pass thru the rubber and then snap into the holes in the door. The flat flange of the rubber scraper is clamped between the chrome and the door.
